How to get here
It's easy to reach Orosei. Follow our directions to get you here for Sardinia's main sea ports and airports, or use our GPS co-ordinates!
From Olbia
Orosei is around 100 km from the Olbia-Costa Smeralda airport and from the port of Olbia, and can easily be reached by travelling along the "SS 131 dcn" motorway heading towards Nuoro, until you reach the Orosei-Dorgali crossroads, and then take the "SP 25" highway until you reach the destination.
From Alghero – Porto Torres
Orosei is located around 180 km from Alghero airport. Take the "SP 44" highway and then the "SS 291" motorway heading towards Sassari, continue until you reach the crossroads for Cagliari, then take the "SS 131 (E25)" motorway and stay on the road for around 84 km, heading towards Cagliari. After passing through the crossroads for Macomer, turn and head towards Nuoro on the "SS 129' motorway and continue along this road for around 36 km, then join the "SS 131 dcn" motorway heading towards Nuoro-Olbia and continue along this road for 28 km. Last of all, turn onto the "SP 25" heading towards Dorgali – Orosei until you reach the destination.
If you are arriving from the port of Porto Torres, join the "SS 131" heading towards Cagliari and follow the signs starting from the crossroads for Nuoro.
From Cagliari
Cagliari is around 220 km from Orosei. The port is located within the city, whereas the airport is just outside it. In any case, you have to join the "SS 131 (E 25)" motorway heading towards Sassari and continue on it for around 118 km until you reach the crossroads for Glilarza, where you have to join the "SS 131 dcn" motorway heading towards Nuoro – Olbia; stay on this road for 70 km until you reach the crossroads for Orosei-Dorgali. From there, continue on the "SP 25" road heading towards Orosei until you reach your destination.
